The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of 50 live cartridges from the bag and on his disclosure a pistol and cartridges were recovered from his rented house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 02.10.2015. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made accused in one more case except this case, but this is not a case of Arms Act.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13412 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII, Vaiishali at Hajipur, in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015, subject to condition that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future. m.p.
