The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 386 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that through mobile phone, some one demanded Rs.1 lac within two days and the person making the demand disclosed himself as right hand of Bablu Dubey. It is submitted that the petitioner is the son of a Dafadar of Chakia police station who has made raid in the house of Bablu Dubey. However, no amount of ransom has been paid. Case No.45 of 2010 with the following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
