1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case no. 162 of 2023 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that subsequent to the petitioner and others being appointed as primary teachers, on verification of the B.E.T.E.T examination certificate furnished by them from the Bihar School Examination Board, the same was found to be forged and hence this F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No forged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6218 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 certificate was submitted by her. The petitioner is in custody since 4.10.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R, her being in custody for 6 months since 4.10.2023, not having any criminal antecedent and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case no. 162 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
