Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 384 of 2017 and other analogous cases. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issued raised in the present writ application has gone up to the Apex Court and after decision of the Apex Court, the issue has been settled

Patna High Court CWJC No.14491 of 2017 dt.15-03-2018 2/2 in favour of the petitioners.

Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners like the similarly circumstanced other Ex Instructors, under the Non-formal Education Department for regularization on Class-IV post. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ application stands disposed of.
