The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015(G.R. 961 of 2015) registered under Sections 356, 379, 411 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 25.03.2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case no. 46 of 2015 (G.R. No. 961 of 2015).
