Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and except suspicion as well as confessional statement, there appears to nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, coaccused Baski Pandey@ Amit Pandey as well as Md. Shahnawaz @ Guddu have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
