1. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a review petition bearing Civil Review No.145 of 2022, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 26.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that except two defects, other defects had been removed in time, however on account of mis-communication and lack of instruction from the petitioners, the remaining defects could not be removed within time, however the same shall definitely be

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid petition bearing Civil Review No.145 of 2022 to its original file, subject to removal of the remaining defects pointed out by the registry, within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
