Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366A, 504, 506, 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3 (I) (X) (XI) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities )Act. Although informant claims that the petitioner and other accused forcibly took the victim but the statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she completely demolished the case of the informant and stated that she had left her home by her own sweet will.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Rudal Yadav and Chhote Thakur have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
