In the present case, the petitioners are challenging the action of the respondents in granting work to the respondent nos. 11 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.5171 of 2017 dt.16-05-2017 14.
Admittedly, the respondent nos. 11 to 14 are L-1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not have experience for the work which has been offered to them, inasmuch as, they have been granted such a work which was not applied by them. As it appears that the petitioners have approached to the Commissioner, Saran Division, Saran where details of fact have been mentioned, the Commissioner will be obliged to consider the objection raised by the petitioners and, after giving notice to the respondent nos. 11 to 14, will take a decision in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.
For convenience, the petitioners are given liberty to file a detailed representation to the Commissioner, Saran Division, Saran who will take decision within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation along with a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
