No one has seen actual killing of the deceased and the informant as well as witnesses have raised their suspicion against these petitioners on the ground that one day prior to the alleged occurrence, an altercation had taken place between the petitioners and brother of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
