The petitioner being husband of the deceased is in jail custody since 05-01-2014 in a case, which was initially, registered under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code but after investigation, police submitted charge sheet under Sections302, 409A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, marriage of the deceased had taken place with the petitioner 8 years ago and none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. No doubt, the ligature mark was found on the neck of the deceased and her dead body was found within four walls of the house of the petitioner and furthermore, in course of
