JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 02-02-2017 Perused the impugned order dated 07.09.2016 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kishanganj in Maintenance Case No.12 of 2015 whereby the learned court below has directed the petitioner to pay Rs.4,000/- to the applicant-respondent and Rs.2,000/- to the daughter of the applicant as maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

It appears that the application was filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. It was registered as Maintenance Case No.12 of 2015/CIS No.12 of 2015 and Trial No.32 of 2015. The court below after taking evidence on behalf of both the parties, by this order, has disposed of the maintenance case directing aforesaid. Thus, the order impugned is appealable under Section 19 of the Family Court Act as the order is not an interlocutory order. Therefore, the petitioner may, if so advised, convert this
