The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to ravish the sister-in-law of the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner happens to be a relative of Domi Sharma. The informant has compromised the case with one of the accused. The petitioner is in jail since 30.1.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for four and a half months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-
