There is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner and F.I.R named accused Rajeev Kumar and it appears from the impugned order that the informant has supported the accusation of rape in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Regard being had to the fact and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.Case No. 560 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
