2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 315/2023, a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act and section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 120.96 litres of illicit English wine has been recovered from a car of which the petitioner is the registered owner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4878 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner has got five criminal antecedents of similar nature.
