The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Lallu Kumar (the petitioner) is the driver of the vehicle. Arun Sharma went along with the petitioner to Bhagalpur and the petitioner returned. Arun Sharma deboarded the vehicle near Durgi Maharaj Gali and the driver of the vehicle went to his house, but Arun Sharma became traceless. There appears that suspicion is raised against the petitioner. Except suspicion, there appears no material collected during the course of investigation as it appears from perusal of the order of the learned Sessions Judge.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19681 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 699/2014.
