The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 386 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant stated that while he was at his shop, the petitioner came and pointed pistol at him and asked him to come at a particular place at 10:00 hours otherwise he would be killed. The petitioner also made firing. It is submitted that no extortion was demanded. The petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
