At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Tardih, Darbhanga i.e. the respondent no. 4 by filing appropriate application under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 for removal of the encroachment made over the public land.
