2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 lodged on 28.05.2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354, 504, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against fourteen named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom allegation of assault to the informant due to which injury took place.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel also submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and she has been falsely implicated in the present case.

5. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean. He further submits that co-accused, namely, Salita Devi having same allegation, has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67236/2024.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
