This application has been filed for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.01/02 of 2015 arising out of Durgawati P.S.Case No.145 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a student of 2nd year B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) and his examination is to commence from 4.5.2015 and that he is ready to furnish the Govt. employee as bailors. From perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has killed Satya Prakash Singh. The prayers for grant of bail to the petitioner were earlier rejected twice vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.40744 of 2014 and Cr.Misc.No.4590 of 2015.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail, and accordingly the same is rejected.
