Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section12 of POSCO Act and Under Sections-3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Petitioner was caught when he and other accused started indecent talk with the informant and other girls. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 20-01-2016 and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
