Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant had gone to Indira Awas office to submit the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3767 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/3 documents with respect to Indira Awas of her panchayat. In the meantime, 30-35 persons including the petitioners reached there and started asking the informant as to why she deleted the names from the list of Indira Awas and later became violent and abused and molested the informant and snatched the official papers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioner No. 3 had filed a complaint against the informant and her husband, hence this false case has been registered against the petitioners to put pressure.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
