JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2024 Perusal of office note shows the learned counsel for the petitioners has not complied the order with regard to substitution of respondent no. 8. It also appears that no jointness affidavit of respondents with their family members has been filed. It further transpires that the requisites of notice upon respondent nos. 10 to 20 have also not been filed. On the last date, i.e., 10.09.2024, the petitioners were directed to comply the previous orders dated 18.03.2024 and 24.06.2024 within four weeks and they were further directed to deposit cost of Rs.5,000/-in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee also within four weeks. It appears that no cost was deposited in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the previous orders have not been complied.

2. Today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 4 is present.
