The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 instituted for offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case lodged by the informant Chandan Parwat before Officer-in-Charge of Pachrukhi P.S was that he was driver of truck no. BR 04 J - 2722, Chasis No. MAT 466404 B3 D09689, Engine No. B591803111 D 63124649 and while he was on the way from Doriganj to Hathua along with Khalasi namely, Tuntun Pal, a white colour Bolero intercepted and stopped the truck on the pretext of the truck papers to be shown. The prosecution case further states that after assault by fists and slabs two persons took away the truck and also snatched Rs. 22,500/- from the informant.

Under such circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 with following conditions :- i) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

ii) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

iii) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.

iv) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Prakash/- U T
