It appears that the same order of discharge was challenged by some other co-accused persons in Cr. Misc. 44469 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 43214 of 2016 and the order of discharge was quashed on merit.

Case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to those accused. Hence, the impugned order dated 03.08.2016, passed, in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 126 of 2012 corresponding to Special Case No. 10 of 2012, by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna, hereby stands quashed for the reasons
