====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner being the widow of the late employee Ajit Prasad who superannuated under the service of the Education Department and died on 11.10.2011 claims payment of provident fund amount under the Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme with penal interest and statutory interest. A calculation chart by way of supplementary counter affidavit has been furnished on behalf of the District Provident

Patna High Court CWJC No.23460 of 2018(5) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Fund Officer, Munger, respondent no. 8 stating therein that after reconciling advances taken by the late employee as temporary advance which was refunded by the late employee no amount of G.P.F. is due to the petitioner who is the widow of the late employee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is entitled to certain amounts under the Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme of the G.P.F.

Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 8, the District Provident Fund Officer, Munger regarding her claim by way of representation which would be disposed of within a period of two months. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.

Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
