2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition is supported with the affidavit.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this petition.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the substitution petition, I.A. No. 01 of 2022, is allowed.

5. Let the name of respondent no. 5 be deleted from the cause title and in her place the name of heirs / legal representatives as stated in paragraph no.3 of I.A. No. 01 of 2022 be substituted.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner for filing the appropriate petition before the appropriate authority.
