The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Case No.213C3EX of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of country made liquor from the vehicle of the petitioner and the allegation that when the police party chased he left the car and managed to escape, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest
