JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 353, 216, 225, 186, 332, 333 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that when the police personnel reached at the place of occurrence to arrest a wanted criminal, then his wife has raised hulla and then petitioners and several other accused persons attacked on the police party causing injury to them.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9694 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and injuries are simple in nature. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Abadpur P.S.
