JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Logs of several trees were recovered from tyre-cart of the petitioner. Petitioner was caught on the spot and is in jail custody since 07.02.2016. The petitioner disclosed that the aforesaid logs of trees belonged to one Uma Chaudhary , who had hired the tyre-cart from the petitioner for transporting the logs. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with I.F.Case No. 17 of 2016.
