2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325 307, 379 504, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, these two petitioners stabbed the son of the informant with knife due to which he sustained several injuries . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .
