2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 333, 54, 303(2), 74, 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner assaulted brother of informant with iron rod causing him grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that altercation took place between the parties during playing cricket. Petitioner assaulted brother of informant with iron rod. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.11.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4265 of 2026(2) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bidupur Police Station Case No. 273 of 2025.
