Allegedly, one country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.7.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to institution of the present case, five cases were registered against the petitioner, and in almost all the cases, he has already been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Abhishek, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Darbhanga/concerned court in Sadar (Mabbi O.P) P.S. Case no. 270/2014.
