Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner No.1 Ranjan Yadav and Petitioner No.3 Baiju Yadav have already been arrested. Hence, their prayer for anticipatory bail is infructuous now.

Petitioner No.2 Dharm Sheela Devi is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13653 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 Husband of the victim is already in jail. Petitioner No.2 is mother-in-law of the victim.

Submission is that petitioner Dharam Dheela Devi is victim of over-implication.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner No.2, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Shakurabad Police Station Case No. 33 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
