JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.178 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact the petitioners are parents and have not committed any direct offence, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the above named, petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released
