Petitioners are in custody connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 447 of 2019 for the offence under section 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against these petitioners is that they were involved in cutting of electric poll.

Learned counsel submits that merely on suspicion,

The petitioners are in custody since 26.9.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S.
