2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent informs this Court that all the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid, so far as, the payment of interest is concerned, steps have been taken.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21903 of 2018(5) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 petitioner to file a detailed representation in support of his claim before the appropriate authority having jurisdiction.

4. It is expected from the authority concerned to make payment of the dues and interest as claimed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
