2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the complainant was married with this petitioner on 07.12.2022 and after the marriage when she went to her in-laws house, all the accused persons demanded Rs. 3 lakhs, as additional dowry, and due to non-fulfillment of the same, the complainant was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the accused persons and ultimately, on 29.04.2023, the complainant was driven out from her matrimonial house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2806 of 2025(5) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 petitioner has been implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by filing supplementary affidavit, submits that pursuant to order dated 18.07.2024 passed in Maintenance Case No. 224 of 2023, petitioner is regularly paying Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand) per month, as maintenance, to complainant / opposite party no. 2 and undertakes to pay the same regularly to complainant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1342 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
