JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused of Town P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 registered under section 401 IPC and is in custody since 13.12.2015. The informant noticed and arrested the petitioner while on patrolling duty. The allegation is that he was preparing to commit theft of a shop. It is stated that two cases under minor sections of the years 2011 and 2012 are pending against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction CJM, Muzaffarpur in Town P.S.
