JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.218 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of injuries caused on the head of injured, which are grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
