The petitioners seek bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 763/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that Branch Manager of Bank of India informed the police that two persons are moving in suspicious condition in the premises of Bank. Thereafter police party reached there. Seeing the police party accused persons started running away but they were apprehended by the police. The police recovered one key of Alto car and bundle of some Rupees from possession of these petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5210 of 2019(2 ) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that police has arrested the petitioners merely on suspicion. Petitioners are in custody since 30.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 763/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
