It appears that by order dated 11.01.2016, the appellant was directed to pay the deficit Court fee of Rs.3622.50/- within two months. When this order of the Bench was not complied with again on 06.04.2016, further three months time was granted to the appellant to file the deficit Court fee but still today the orders of the Bench has not been complied with in view of the office note dated 20.09.2016.

Now, therefore, when the appellant is not complying the repeated orders and directions of this Court, this Appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court.
