JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The dead body of the deceased was recovered from a well and the legs and hands of the deceased were found tied with a rope. The informant claims that the aforesaid rope belonged to the petitioner with whom, the deceased had land dispute from before. In course of investigation, the witnesses supported the aforesaid fact and except the aforesaid material as well as confessional statement of co-accused, Birju Das, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 1710-2015. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
