The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 332, 333, 341, 353, 427, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case got initiated on the basis of written report of the Circle Officer-cum-Block Development Officer,

No.2670 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/3 Sheohar submitted before the Station House Officer, Sheohar Police Station is to the effect that on 02.08.2019 at 11.00 A.M., 50-60 women under the leadership of co-accused, Satish Pandey entered into the Block office and broke the door of the Block office and assaulted the Block employee. It is further alleged that the accused persons destroyed the documents related to beneficiaries of flood affected persons and other articles kept in the office and they also tried to set the office in fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against the accused persons and petitioner no.1 is a lady and even assuming the accusation to be true, no offence under Sections 307 and 353 of the I.P.C. is made out against the petitioners. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general and statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a
