2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 725/2023 arising out of Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023 registered on 26.05.2023 lodged under Sections 304B of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner to whom the allegation is of demanding dowry from the informant's daughter and due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry, the informant's daughter has been killed.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2023 having no criminal case pending

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
