2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ/writs for quashing the order dated 19.01.2018 passed by the B.L.T. Court in short called as Tribunal in B.L.T. Case No. 1436/2015 whereby and whereunder the court has set-aside

Patna High Court CWJC No.21686 of 2018(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 the order dated 26.03.2015/18.04.2015 passed by the learned Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in Revision Case No. 654/2013 and rejected the case of the petitioner committing the same mistake as was committed by the court of Collector-cum- District Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabhua) vide its order dated 26.08.2013 I Preemption Appeal Case No. 44/2012/13 who had affirmed the order of D.C.L.R. Bhabhua dated 20.12.2012 in Pre-emption No. 08/2010-11.

(ii) for issuance of relief/reliefs which may be deemed fit and proper under the circumstances of case."
