The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 564 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the allegations which are essentially for recovering of illicit arms and articles by coaccused Abhishek Kumar and Kamlesh Kumar, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be
