Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B) /34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The alleged victim of dowry death died after eight years of her marriage. Hence, presumption of dowry death is not there. Petitioners are female members of the family carrying general and omnibus allegation of torture to the victim. There is no direct material against the petitioners.

No.2299 of 2020(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Siswan P.S.Case No. 92 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
