The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S.case No.88 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of country-made pistol and cartridge from the petitioner. Apart from that it appears that he is accused in six other cases inclusion a case under section 392 of the IPC and the Arms Act also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication. He is in custody for eight months. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail..

No.6244 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed in this case, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
