JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and in first information report, there is allegation of demand of more dowry is against husband of the deceased. No doubt, the marriage of the deceased had taken place three years prior to her death but omnibus allegation of demand of dowry has been levelled against the petitioners and furthermore, paragraph-9 of the supplementary case diary reveals that the informant produced Panchnama dated 25-04-2014 before the Investigation Officer and in the aforesaid Panchnama, it was written that there was dispute between the deceased and her husband.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5000 of 2015 (3) dt.24-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tekari P.S.
